As a Chartered Director, drawing on his experiences running successful businesses in the engineering and automation sectors, and as a Director of Letchworth Golf Club, Peter is ideally placed to support Golf Club Boards compile data about their course and membership. Since joining the board at Letchworth, he has helped the evolution of the club from a Committee structure, to a qualified an elected Board of Directors, using data-based evidence to support decision making. Peter is a single figure handicap amateur golfer, and is passionate about attracting a younger audience to the game. He believes that utilising technology and improving pace of play is key to delivering this.
Laurie is a qualified greens keeper and active Golf Professional. He is currently competing on the Alps Tour and made his European Challenge Tour debut in Northern Ireland in August 2020, and is sponsored by RGM sister companies RARUK Automation Limited and R A Rodriguez (UK) Limited. As a Professional, Laurie is passionate about improving pace of play, and with a great understanding of course management, maintenance and design is perfectly placed to help courses understand how they can implement new technology at their course for the benefit of the members, Club Management and Green Keeping teams.

Russell has over 20 years of sales and managerial experience, and is passionate about golf and club development. As a past Hertfordshire County Golf Champion, he is well integrated into the golf industry and is a keen and active golfer, playing off a course handicap index of 1. In the past, Russell has participated in volunteer work at local schools, mentoring pupils. He also holds a degree in Sports Psychology. Russell believes that Technology and data collection is key for club management – if utilised correctly, clubs will retain existing members, attract new members and their families and enhance the overall experience for all.
